Fettle sells wellbeing to HR teams who are judged on retention. I have spent four years marketing B2B software to that exact buyer, and the thing that worked was proving return in their language, not ours.

At my last company I inherited a martech stack held together with spreadsheets and no working attribution. I rebuilt it on HubSpot and Salesforce, cut reporting lag from nine days to same-day, and gave sales a lead score they trusted. Marketing-sourced pipeline went from 22% to 41% of closed revenue in three quarters.

The part your ad calls "campaign operations at scale" usually breaks at the handover. I set the routing and SLAs between marketing and the SDR team, so a demo request reached a rep in under five minutes instead of the next morning. Speed to lead was our single biggest lever. It moved trial-to-paid by 12 points.

I have also killed programmes. When our webinars cost more per opportunity than paid search, I ended them and moved the budget, rather than defend a number I had set. I would rather show you that habit than a longer list of tools.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your evidence bank is yours to export or delete at any time, in full. We are building under UK GDPR and will take a formal legal review before public launch. We do not sell your data and we do not train public models on it.

Is this cheating?

No. Everything in a Championed application is your own experience, drawn out in the interview and framed properly. We never invent a job, a number or a result. If the evidence is not there, we tell you, and we help you find a true story instead.

Does this break the rules of job sites?

It cannot, by design. Championed does not auto-submit anywhere and runs no bots. It writes and prepares; you read, edit and press submit yourself, every time. That keeps you on the right side of platform terms and keeps a human in the loop.

What if I want to cancel?
