How we bill
No traps. Written down.
No annual plan
A search is a season, so the longest plan is a quarter. We would rather you stopped paying the week you get hired than sat locked into a year.
Pause, don't fight a form
Pause or cancel in two clicks from your account. No retention call, no hidden flow. Your evidence bank waits for you either way.
Land a role, drop to Alumni
When the search ends we offer Alumni at £4.99 to keep your bank warm. Opt-in, decline freely, leave whenever. The opposite of a dark pattern.
Billing questions
The small print, out loud.
Why is there no annual plan?
Because a good job search does not take a year, and we would rather not be charging you in month ten. Most searches run a few months, so the Campaign plan is quarterly to match. If you find a role in week six, you should stop paying us. An annual plan quietly bets against that.
How do I pause or cancel?
From your account page, in two clicks. There is no retention call, no offer maze and no button hidden three screens deep. Pause keeps your evidence bank safe and stops the billing; cancel closes it out and lets you export everything first.
What happens when I land a role?
Tell us, and we will offer to drop you to Alumni at £4.99 a month so your bank stays current for the next move. It is opt-in, not automatic, and you can decline and leave entirely. The point is to be the opposite of a cancellation trap.
What does a premium letter actually cost you?
A few pence to a pound in compute, depending on length. We are telling you that because the letter credits are drawn to sit comfortably above cost, not to nickel-and-dime you. Draft-mode letters are unlimited on the paid tiers for the same reason.
